Start with the business problem

You do not need a finished technical specification to describe your project. Explain what buyers or your operations team need to do, where the current process gets difficult, and which requirements matter most. For an existing nopCommerce store, include the platform version and the names of any plugins or integrations involved, if you know them.

For a new commerce platform, tell us about your catalog, customer groups, pricing rules and order process.
